As someone who married a virgin, I wouldn't recommend it. There were physical reasons the sex ended up being less than stellar, and on top of that, we had vastly different levels of sexual adventurousness. In other words, our sex life was very disappointing. Would have been very easy to dodge that bullet by having a sexual relationship before getting married.

I think it's silly. A woman can easily lie about her past... I feel like wanting a virgin is caring way too much about pussy, and usually wanting a virgin usually means you have to make compromises and commitments (aka the girl wants to lock you down in a marriage just so you can get pussy) which is honestly just not an equal deal, strips you of your power (dread) and again, she could have just lied about her being a virgin. Why even put yourself in that position?
