I'll give you a quick intro, I'm naturally red pill in my mentality, I'm a 6ft, white male, athletic build, I have self confidence and have never had a problem in social settings either attracting females or making friends. I've been in a long term relationship for about 3 years now with an extremely wonderful woman. She's smart, beautiful ( a solid 9 ), hard working and I know she was loyal and dedicated to me.

Anyway I got lazy and took this quality woman for granted and didn't show her the attention and commitment she deserved instead treating her like a plate, in return she's now breaking up with me as she thinks I'm not serious about her and she doesn't want to waste her time. I know she still loves me and I'm trying to convince her to stay but she's hesitant as she knows I'm quite stubborn and unlikely to change with ease.

I know I want to spend my life with this woman, but I'm not being as successful as I would like in convincing her to stay, and so I guess I'm asking for advice, specifically from a group that has a similar mentality to my own. I know a lot of you believe that a good woman is a myth but any useful, well thought out advice is welcome.

UPDATE: I went and saw her this evening we talked more, turns out she slept with someone while we were broken up was only a week or so afterwards I asked her at dinner last night if she had slept with anyone and she said no, anyway she was sober and it was in the bed we shared for the last 3 years, I got angry, shamed her, she certainly felt it and certainly looked sorry at least that she had hurt me so much in doing so maybe not so much for the act itself, however we had broken up and I had told her it was final at the time not knowing how I still felt so I figure I can't hold it against her. After I calmed down I told her I forgave her and was still willing to work things out, she agreed, then she changed her mind at the last minute said she needed more time to think, I told her I want an answer now and that she had to make a choice and she had to stick to it, she said I was pressuring her, I said I don't give a fuck and she said no. Cue my exit. Then her flatmate sends me some screenshots of txts she's sending saying she still wants me and wants to figure things out but she doesn't know if it's right. Do I try and reconcile or is it too late? I want too be with this woman but the flags are all saying I shouldn't, there's already an orbiter obviously although he is a tap and gap them type so I'm not too worried plus I know if we were to get back together she would be loyal. Somebody be my voice of reason?
