You call or text about once a week, always just to arrange the next date. No talking for hours with her about shit, tell her you're busy and look forward to hear her tell you about it in person on the date...

The girl eventually starts calling or texting you by herself. "Oh I woke up and was thinking about you...<3", "there's a movie on and this guy looks like u, haha!" - all this kind of bullshit. What does that mean? Only one thing, pls ask me out right now I'm hungry for your attention.

When she is doing this, you ask her out a couple of days into the future. Anything fun that you can do together, invite her to it. Or just anything you're going to be doing anyway: "I'm going to the market to pick out food, want to come?". Since it was all her idea, she was the one texting you with "aww I miss you/had a dream about you/blah blah", she's more than likely going to say "YES! I would love to wash your car with you, Rei-Deus!"... of course you would, woman.

Now it becomes an easy pattern, she texts you some bullshit, you make a date (and it can be more often than 1 time a week, if she is the one initiating the texting). She texts, you make a date. She doesn't text, you don't care, wait about a week, then make a date like usual yourself.
