Hey TRP, I'm new to this subreddit but it's exactly what I need.

Me: I'm 5'6", 18 years old, and about as average as you can be in a physical sense. I'm funny as fuck and have a solid personality (despite my minor depression due to past events in my life which I can go into details about later on and adult ADD) with many friends to prove this. I've had 3 girlfriends, 1 serious whom happened to be my last.

Background: How I see it, my confidence/alpha/sexiness went to shit after my last girlfriend ruined my life. When I was 16 years old, I dated a girl for 8 months in whom I (or at least I thought I was) was in love with. She ended up sleeping with my 3 best friends in which I had been friends with since I was 3 years old. This completely fucked up my friendships, trust in people, trust in girls, and just about anything you can imagine. Around the same time, one of my other best friends committed suicide due to Clinical Depression. I had never had a lower point in my life, I was severely depressed (no thoughts of suicide, i'm too strong for that, ironically) and ended up gaining a bunch (30 lbs) of weight and my grades went to shit. Since then I've gotten with several (hot) girls and had opportunities to continue to do so but I've simply lost my edge. I've slipped into becoming a beta. I'm not the same person I was before and I don't know if I ever can become that person again.

Problem: I want to get back into the game. It's my senior year of high school and there's plenty of hot ass out there for me to get on at work (bangin college chicks), school, and in my city (good sized with babes). I want to get my alpha status back before I go off to college and need to keep it up through college as well. I work out every day but don't gain any muscle tone, I eat well, I take Adderall for my ADD/depression, and I'm as close to getting over my ex's breakup/ best friends fucking me over/best friend's death as I will ever be. I need the confidence in myself to get into a good college as well as get another perfect girlfriend.
