I need some advice about a girl who I think likes me or could just be messing with my head.

So I work in a home with people with mental health problems. One man I work with has autism and sometimes his sister visits. I believe, after some discerning, that she's also very slightly autistic herself but nowhere near enough to need looking after.

Anyway, I first met her properly more than a year ago I think back in January I was chatting to her and I started to notice that she may like me. She's smiley and chatty and I really used the advice offered by this subreddit such as being semi-aloof, asserting dominance, disagreeing with her and having her initiate conversation with me. The trouble is, since then, the whole thing has stagnated; it just seems to be her talking to me, attracting my attention and the like except she never seems to advance it any further.

I bumped into her in town the other week and she didn't seem too excited at seeing me. I had an extremely awkward conversation with her in which barely a few words were spoken. Yet, I saw her yesterday at work and she was her usual chatty self, initiating conversation, stealing glances at me that I could see out of the corner of my eye and smiling etc.

What I want to know is, is she just playing with my head or what.

I don't need advice on her possible mental health issues which are just my opinion anyway as even if she does, I wouldn't mind as she's someone I'd like to spend time with anyway as she has a nice semi-vivacious and gregarious personality. I'd like advice about this from a purely trp point of view. If you have any questions about this before offering advice I'd be happy to answer.
