'Being Alpha' doesn't happen by saying or doing the right thing. It comes from putting yourself first, realizing that your value is higher than theirs and improving yourself (working out, career advancement etc). As you improve yourself, you'll see the benefits and your confidence will improve. As your confidence improves your perceived value will go up in women's eyes. You will be seen as a confident, driven person who knows what he wants and would be fun to be around.

Alphas are busy improving and surrounding themselves with people and activities that add value to their lives. They don't seek validation from others because they know they are MEN who get self-validation from achieving goals. They get validation from others by default because they are viewed as leaders, not followers. Women view alphas as capable men who can withstand their shit tests and give them excitement and fun.

Betas believe they need validation from others to prove their own self-worth and actively seek approval from others. They believe that by putting the needs and happiness of others first, they will be recognized as good men and their efforts will be reciprocated. Women see betas as weak and too eager to please and won't hesitate to take advantage of their never-ending charity, locking them in the friendzone dungeon.

Basically, it boils down to your habits. Do you seek to please others, especially women, and let yourself continue to suffer? Or do you improve yourself, raise your value and pick and choose the women who show interest in you? The good news is that habits can be changed, it just requires some vigilance on your part until they are second-nature, and then become your primary nature.

Why? You're young and in school. You should be working on yourself. Date girls, sure, but a girlfriend? A relationship? NO. Work on yourself, and date a bunch. Why saddle yourself to one girl?
