There's 2 options here.

  1. You're trolling.
  2. People are giving you the responses you're receiving because they notice you getting bigger and want to shut you down. The women you know don't "like you less" than before. If you're maintaining a good frame around them, they're starting to see you as a man and not as the beta orbiter you once were. Be aggressive and make a move.

I have never been a beta orbiter. I have never hanged out with girls apart from cousins.

Also, shouldn't there be some signs if a woman wants to be approached? Can't just approach anyone, that's a waste of time.

Why is it a waste of time? That's a useless attitude. You're practicing your social skills, if nothing else.

If she's attracted to you, great. If she's not, then she's a potential social connection that could lead you to future pussy, business contacts and friends.
