So I don't know why but I just stopped by a thread here on TRP and there was some hate, or rather critical comments of the practice of psychology and therapy. And being that psychology is my major (university student) I'm curious as to what this was supposed to mean?
Is there some unspoken thing against therapy, or is the general idea that you should be strong enough to deal with your problems? Or rather is this merely a criticism of a male having therapy with a female psychologist? I don't get it guys, is this a thing or am I looking too much into it, I'm curious.
