I own a small business and have a hot 19yr old 9/10 working for me. She is sharp as a tack, pleasant to be around, responsible, punctual, a team player, and really a model employee. Finding quality employees that can be counted on is essential for any successful business. With all that being said she is again a super hot 19 yr old 9/10. Not only am I attracted, sexually or otherwise, to her looks but also to her mind and who she is. As much as I would love to take our relationship to another level I know that having her around as an employee should (and will) not interfere with how much I would want her to be more than just an employee. She genuinely is more than just another pretty face, she is genuinely a great and valued employee. I only have 4 others in my office and I treat them all with the respect and dignity that they have earned to my equal.

My question has several folds: Since my motive for hanging out with this hot girl and caring about her as something more than every other 19 yr old out there, is it ok to lose or rather relinquish my RP/alpha frame to a certain degree. Again I value her on my team more than I value her on my pole. I love and care abt all of my employees like family, and this at times goes against many of the RP principles I have been reading abt concerning hot 19yr olds. So does a boss/employee relationship trump a RP relationship? and if yes, what can/should I do? not only in how I interact with her as a boss but also (hopefully, I "love" her) as potentially something more.

Little back-story, she does have a boyfriend and is by and large "a good girl." There is sexual tension between her and I and has been since day 1. One night things did cross the line a bit, we had been drinking and I "demanded" she let me give her a foot massage. This led to a back/body massage, this led to light kissing, but really nothing too much more. Things were not weird the next day or any day, really she is a great person and if anything that night brought us closer together. Since that night tho I consciously made an effort to ease up on my RP instincts. Is this all beta IC speak and should have I already banged her? Part of me feels like a beta jerkoff knowing that I have not sealed the deal with her but part of me is simply glad that I have a great employee that I can count on and enjoy spending time with. Am I a beta jerkoff (for lack of better term) missing a possibility of having a great relationship (LT or otherwise) with the proverbial "dream" girl. Or am I just a boss happy to have a trusted and valued employee? How should I be acting around her?

tl;dr Should a work boss/employee relationship trump the RP agenda and if yes why?
