Volunteer groups? Someone who's willing to give their time to less fortunate folks at least has some degree of selflessness going for her.

Common interest worked for me (I'm a lady, however)-- I met my SO on Starcraft... not that it's some hidden reserve of super-sexy young women or anything. :p

As with any hunt, try to think like your prey. What kinds of things does this imaginary girl do in her free time?

Assuming this girl is physically fit, such places as gyms, dance studios, or female-friendly martial arts schools might be a good bet.

Haha, this is the exact sentiment I have a hard time expressing to my married friends about why I don't date woman over 25.

Wanting a LTR is not something to be ashamed of, nor is it "not very TRPish" to want one. TRP is about knowledge, and having RP knowledge can help manage exceptions regarding LTRs and how to sustain them.

The worst place to find girls in their early 20s that may be interested in LTRs are night clubs. Try other social events: rock climbing, church groups, book groups, other types of hobby related clubs. I would also suggest looking into Day Game. This book may help: http://www.rooshv.com/day-bang. Updating your post with some location information, country, city, etc. may also help others give better advice.

You need to expand your social circles into markets where the type of women you want to meet reside. This will raise your propinquity, which is a huge factor in determining who we end up with. Most people form relationships with those they meet at work, through friends, and school.

Also, what kind of qualities are you looking for beyond a certain age range?

Attractive women in their prime don't hang out in shitty bars, they're welcome wherever they want to go, so you need to go places where people with plenty of options choose to be.

I know that being an unbeliever is really cool here and everything (and I am as well), but ... church. Most of them have like a 3 to 1 girl to guy ratio, and just by showing up they assume you are a good guy.

Better yourself by taking some community college classes. Your young female classmates will just be a bonus.
