Some subreddits have strict rules and restrictions about crossposting questions and articles on other subreddits besides their own. We thought it would be a good time to clarify the rules and policies about crossposting here on RedPillWomen.

Our crossposting rules at RedPillWomen are simple: You're welcome to. That's all!

This is an open and welcoming community of RedPill-minded women. We're all walking a common path toward self-improvement, and recognize that each member starts differently and is at their own unique place in their Red Pill journey. Toward this, we cultivate a bigger tent mindset and consider ourselves a self-improvement center for women who are growing, not an inaccessible museum of perfection.

The Original RedPillWomen welcomes on-topic posts from all Redditors, based on the merits of the post itself. We don't have ANY rules, restrictions, or requirements regarding whether you're allowed to crosspost your questions, articles, and essays on similar subs.

There is a Reddit-wide rule against linking to other subreddits, and it's already against our general posting rules (and impolite) to promote another subreddit on our subreddit, so don't do that.

Another timely reminder: please be active in the comment section of your post. Follow up on the questions people ask to calibrate their advice. When you've gotten the information you need, don't delete your post, it will benefit other women looking for help with similar issues in the future.

If you're trying to comply with another subreddit's requirement that you promote their subreddit if you crosspost elsewhere, here's what you can do when you post here, to avoid problems with them:

  • Rework your post so it doesn't look like an obvious crosspost. This should only take a minute or two.
  • Make a new, different title
  • Rework the opening paragraph so it's obviously different. Work in new necessary background information that may have come up.
  • Change the formatting a little. Change a prominent word or two at the start of each paragraph
  • Add a clarifying detail here and there; they always seem to come to mind after you post.
  • Submit your post and receive the collective wisdom of the RedPillWomen subreddit.
  • If you need help or have questions, feel free to ask the mod team.

RedPillWomen is an integral part of the Red Pill Network and reaches a large audience. We welcome writers from around Reddit and the internet to share their relevant wisdom and seek advice here, without hassle or restriction. Thanks to everyone who participates on RedPillWomen!
