What stood out for me is that he turned to another woman when Farrah became menopausal. I know most of you ladies here are still too young to worry about menopause but this is the time to take steps in making sure that menopause will not have your SO do what Ryan did.

Keep in shape, eat healthy and really work at making your life a happy one. A happy healthy person will have a much easier transition than a bitter unhealthy one.
