I’m reading TWOTSM. and it talks about giving your “gift” what is this mean exactly? Your talents? Your values? Can someone go further into this for me? Or just finding your purpose and displaying it to others?

Also it talks about giving your attention to its source. It talks about this source but it doesn’t go into detail what it actually means. Can someone elaborate on this?
