Adding some context to the mix, currently M(27) 3 kids, one of which is a few months old(i'll explain later). Married young, felt pressured, 2 kids later and still in school, divorced. Ex moved back in with parents(no job or related skills) with our kiddos. She has bf a week later(live-in type). I work, see the kids on the weekends and make sure they do not go without. Ex breaks up with bf, I'm not doing so hot in the ladies dept, not really a priority atm... offered FWB with ex. Oops 3rd kiddo... Compromised with ex to attempt to work things out, she bangs dude #???, and brags to me about it. Doesnt care that I still had "them feels." Convince ex to move in with me, because I hate not seeing my kiddos and they weren't being fed properly. Now have an ex that likes buying "homey" things despite not needed. I'm one for simpler things(i.e. don't need a tv or kitchen table) as I'm more of a sudo-minimalist. Long story short, I'm hemorrhaging money, keep telling ex to slow down on getting "necessities" and space them out rather than all at once. Her necessities are more dish cloths, more clothes, more plates.... notice the 'more' aspect?

I have a job opportunity, and she said she wouldn't let me take the kids with me because of being too far away from "home." I'm one for exploring and have an adventurous itch that has yet to be scratched. Currently locked into a lease with my ex and kiddos... not sure what to do at this point. I hate being tethered to my current location and unable to travel/work in other areas of the world, yet I don't want to be perceived as a "dead-beat dad" who up and left his kids either...

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
