I used to write very flowery stuff, using elaborate language, ten words where three would have done. It made me sound dumber than I actually was.

It also made my communication much less effective. If the common man clicks back after reading the first few sentences of something you wrote, you have failed to communicate your idea.

It's important to recognize that a big ego can make it harder to improve yourself and build a strong frame. If you display dramatic responses like this to mild criticisms from pixels on a screen, then how will you react to your wife? Presumably she knows you well enough to hurt you and make your life difficult.

Stay calm, stay rational.
Don't post here looking for validation. The readings say that you shouldn't seek validation from women, but some of the regulars in this subreddit will tell you that it's a worthwhile objective to no longer need validation from anyone.

TL;DR Evolutionary theory tells us that optimizing sexual strategy defines the success of a sexually demographic organism.

You made a nice summary of how sexual strategy was viewed in the past. From the limited amount that I've read from Freud, Darwin, and the others you've mentioned, I have not seen a description of the strategies in the Red Pill. Your argument tells us that discussion of mating strategy is a valid intellectual pursuit. Few would disagree. The Blue Pill lurkers would not see this as evidence that the specific strategies we use here are part of a valid intellectual discussion. They believe this because they disagree with the content. They believe that we are wrong and therefore either evil or stupid. Darwin doesn't help our case AFAIK.
