This is going to ramble and might sound so simplistic to a lot of you, but I feel I need to share it. I am finding what is important is the fact that when I do lift weights I need to maintain proper posture for my body.

Take for example – farmer walks. So I have a little bit of hunchback posture and apt. Both are being fixed as we speak. Hunchback is maybe 10% better, FHP and probably 40% better. Apt a little better. But I think an important thing is for the longest time I was doing exercises not in proper postire. So for example I am going to do planks and for the longest time I was doing them in apt. I need to force myself out of APT for it to feel right. So when you tell someone with apt to do planks, they are going to do what I did, have back pain because they are doing planks with apt! Funny thing is I cant even do farmers walk with weights, I can walk around and adjust my posture but if you throw weights it puts a lot of stress on my hunchback ish posture you feel me. So given all I am saying, is deadlifts is the answer here. But if I cant do farmers walks with weights yet is deadlifts the answer? Also I am 6’3, so are there any precucions I should take.

Also my right arm has stabilization issues, so when I do something like tricep extensions, my arm shakes rapidly, crazy right.?

EDIT: Deadlifts is definetly the answer, just need to figure out if I am "ready for them" per se
