All my life, I've heard that being introverted is a bad thing. Is this true? I've come up with a theory as to why introversion is an OBJECTIVELY bad trait but I just wanted to run it by you guys to see how true (or false) this might be.

So what makes a trait objectively bad? Why is it that having freckles is not bad but being born without limbs is? It's because the latter impedes your ability to survive and reproduce. If a particular trait helps you achieve this, it's good. If a trait hinders you, it's bad. Humans are social animals and introverts have a tendency to not be very sociable. Introverts have difficulty cooperating with their social groups which make them less likely to survive because they'll have few allies. Also, women are attracted to socially dominant men. Is it possible to be a socially dominant introvert? If not, this means that introverts are also less likely to reproduce. Because introverts have a harder time surviving and reproducing, introversion is an objectively bad trait.

Just wanted to know what you think.
