I work in a software development company. Around 80 devs, a few upper managers - all guys, and 2 HR women. I'm from Slovakia - diversity quotas have not plagued our hiring yet, so the company actually prospers.

Guys in my team decided to buy their own expensive espresso machine, because they like good quality coffee, better than what the employer provides. Lo and behold, since the new machine was bought, the girls have been visiting our office every single day.

I can hear them even before they enter our room, that's how loud they are. They bust the door open and start yelling HIIIII EVERYONEEE, ignoring the fact that we actually work there, some guys may very well be on a call with someone, but they don't care. Instantly demanding the attention of everyone in the room. And then they sit on the high chairs, cross their legs and yell Luuuukeeee. And Luke pops out of his seat and makes the coffee for them, while they continue with their useless banter. Who fucking does that? They don't even make the damn coffee for themselves! Worst part is the guys enable this by flocking around them every time. I can't stand this, I just put my headphones on and try to work.

One of our managers visits for a coffee too .. he comes, makes his coffe, sits on a chair, and enjoys his coffee quietly. Lets us work, only talks when he sees that people have time for a chat.

Not the 2 girls though.. Why can't they just come, make their coffe, and be quiet?
