Suggest she can clean for you or something along those lines

Never mention or hint at sex - will almost always illicit ASD

It sounds like this chick just isn't into you. Here's the thing. If she wanted to have sex with you she wouldn't be tripping on if you were gonna make a move or not like this. She would instead be HELPING you with making the moves to get you two isolated.

A strong IOI/IOD I like is physical proximity. Say you're talking to a girl at a bar, right? If she's into you she's gonna closer to you so you can, in turn, do the same. If she's NOT, she'll create distance and even to the point where she'll legit position something between you two so you cant. This carries over the whole "courting' process.
