This is something retarded to ask but i have to anyways just to be sure. It always happened with a lesser extent in the past but whenever I get a hard on while making out with a girl some kind of sticky transparent liquid starts coming out of my penis (not sure what it is, and yes, i know it looks like it was written by a child).

It's starting to make me uncomfortable because when i dress slightly thinner pants it leaves a stain in them and when i unzip my boxers they are always sticky. Probably non relevant to the case but I'm throwing it out anyways just for the sake of it, i was circumsized at the age of 4/5 and haven't fapped for almost a year.

So, what do you guys think i can do to fix the issue? Also, is this just completed natural or am I being just dumb?
