How do you balance between being an asshole women like/respect or an asshole women are turned off by?

You should be aiming for "mildly subversive". As an example, once when my OLTR1 made a silly mistake, I said, "It's lucky you're so pretty" and swatted her on the ass. Or if a girl asks too many questions, I might say, "Little spoons don't ask questions." I sometimes say, "You clearly need adult supervision." etc.

So treat them like bratty kid sisters, and also display a lot of confidence. You know who doesn't get laid? Nice Guys. You know who does get laid? Confident, sexually-entitled jerk boys.
