Not sure about PPD, but black pill stuff is swallowed by the masses as long as it's presented in a way that is not associated with incels (e.g. no incel lingo, person presenting it isn't an incel, etc).

Examples:

(a) psych professors lecture about black pilled concepts like the halo effect and the horn effect.

(c) comedians sometimes touch on black pill themes.
