Money and status (especially money) only draws women to you. It doesn't, however, make them more attracted to you.

Looks on the other hand are by far the most important. What he doesn't realize is that the way you look predicates how your personality is perceived. Personality is still a necessary variable, but the better you look, the higher the chance your personality will be perceived as interesting and attractive.

If looks are seeds, personality is water. If you have a good seed, water will allow the plant to grow. However, if your seed is bad, even fresh filtered water won't help the plant grow.

It's still possible that even good seeds may go bad, but those are few and far inbetween. Sometimes, but not often, conventionally attractive people are rejected. In the same vein, occasionally, conventionally unattractive people are accepted. It's all probability in the end.

All things being equal, hoes look for dominance. Of course, that is considering all the guys in her dating pool are of equal attractiveness, which is almost never true.

Take this study for example. They researched frat boys and concluded that looks don't matter but perceived dominance does. One problem with that: they're all frat boys and thus Chads. So of course when your dating pool is at minimum 8/10+ dudes, you're going to try to find some other way to narrow things down.
