Went out for drinks with a 19yo HB9 girl last week. Despite not making much kino due to sitting across from each other (shit happens) we spent ~2.5 hrs at a quiet venue before I walked her home. After letting myself in for a toilet break, we made out fairly heavily (picking her up etc), but couldn't escalate further as her flatmate was on her way home. She follows me out again back to a bar where I'm meant to be meeting a friend. I meet some female friends and end up getting distracted by the women at my table. She has some friends there too, but keeps eyeballing me across the room, until she get's a lift home. We have a brief hug good bye and I get back to my conversation.

I run into her a week later and mention dinner plans. Text her next day to 'help' me make dinner that week, but she ends up letting me know she's too busy and says she'll message me next week. I'm seeing another girl at the time so don't reply, and then forget about her over the weekend.

How best to re-initiate with a girl who appears luke-warm? I might run into her tonight which would be ideal. It usually takes me half a day to a day to reply to her, so I potentially come across as not that interested, despite asking her out rather nonchalantly. Also haven't accepted her fb friend request, because she has a thousand beta orbiters on IG who validate her constantly, and I don't find it helps my cause.
