She is a HB7.5 but her personality bumps her up an easy point imo.
Never in the history of humanity has a personality made someone more attractive. In fact, men would sort and priority fuck women based solely on their looks, ball gagging them all to stop any accidental talking. The only think personality does is make them more or less tolerable to be around.

This is quite common you probably can and have gotten chicks much easier but now that you actually like a girl a lot you freak out!
You should've gone in for the kiss the first time you went out and obviously the time you hugged her instead. So what should you do?
If you can get her to agree to go out with you again make sure to escalate and go for the kiss early. If you get denied just hold frame and try again later. I have been denied the first kiss close many times and still fucked the same night. Ideally you want the first kiss close to be succesful of course.

Because you've been talking a big game! You guys are flirting, having a good time. TBH, it sounds like you are super sheltered and afraid to just pursue a woman, LTR or plate. If you are, it's cool, but the language you use is... childish (not trying to be a dick). It sounds like you're worried about being a 'kissing notch' on her belt. If you pursue TRP, you will get 'notches' too... just go for it!

Honestly, you're putting too much pressure on this kiss. If kissing is a big deal for you, then right on, but just so you know, kissing for most TRP-ers is reaching first base... a norm if you will. It serves a purpose in my opinion. I didn't ask her outright about her history (because I don't care). I am not sure if she slept with them and wanted to be as precise as I could. Finally it shows that she isn't very experienced.
Now this is all based on what she 'said'. I am not too skeptical about it though because she does seem congruent.

I think she sensed what I wanted to do and was hesitant. I don't usually pussy out of situations like these but she clearly looked uncomfortable (or caught off guard?), so I just hugged her and said bye.
