Tell them now you want to play the airplane game. Adopt the same game after every session and you'll have confidence in the routine. Be dominate tell her it's coming and say are you ready, here it comes, be vocal pull out and shoot it on her or if it's a bj do the same thing and hold her head there while you nut. Tell her she's great and you like the way she does that. But don't be soft about it.
