Should I meet whenever the girl ask me to meet or should I wait a couple days even if I got nothing better to do atm?

Tuesday - Thursday 7pm - 10pm. Set a date/time/location in format: "Let's do X at X Xpm". She reschedules (she's interested and gets one more shot if she's attractive) or she declines (anything other than a definitive 'yes!!!' with kittens shitting rainbow emojis is a 'no'. 'Maybe'/'I'll let you know'/'I'll get back to you' are all examples of 'NO' in which case, soft next).

I'll go with my gut.

If I feel like the girl genuinely wants to see me to provide an opportunity to escalate, then I'm game.

This is usually when she invites you out at night or alcohol is involved.

If she invites you to some "boyfriend / girlfriend" shit like her cousins Paw Patrol birthday party, you should probably bail and you're most likely not going to get laid.

I had this plate invite me to her co-workers fourth of July bbq. She asked if I could go and pretend to be her boyfriend. I thought the idea was so ridiculous that I actually agreed only so I had an opportunity to practice outcome independence.

It was a pretty boring function and it was over 100 degrees so I just wanted to leave. We leave and I bring her over. I start trying to escalate only for her to stop me and confess she has a yeast infection and can't have sex for 2 weeks.

I dropped her after.

Depends what the girl wants and what you want.

If you're looking for a hook-up, and she's invited you to a coffee date at 10:00 AM on Saturday morning, tell her you're busy until Saturday night and try to change it to drinks at 9:00 PM.

If she invited you to drinks after work at a bar 5 minutes from your place or hers at 9:00 PM Thursday night, just tell her that's fine and that works for you.

In general, it's silly to play around with a girl and pretend to be busy when you're not and randomly reschedule and decline to meet just to appear less available. If you want to meet with a girl, she tells you she's free to meet at a certain date and time, and you're free that date and time, just tell her that the date and time fits your schedule and meet her.

Just be mindful that you're not meeting the same girl six days in a row for chaste coffee and lunch dates and that you're getting what you want.
