I switched to a different high school 4 months ago, in the beginning I got shittested a lot but now I’m pretty well-respected (as the smart, goofy-funny guy). Thing is though I still have zero actual friends at the school, I just hang out with whoever happens to be near me. In class I just sit down where ever I want and wait for someone to sit next to me, and during break I just hang out with the next person who crosses my way and who I know (sometimes betas, sometimes one of the alpha groups). This gives me a lot more abundance mentality and allows me to avoid getting into the alpha group’s frame too much, but it also makes me not really belong to anyone.

Is this a form of idgaf attitude and therefore good? Or is it bad when I don’t have a “tribe”/any friends? Should I keep doing it or stick to a clique until they accept me as one of theirs?
