Deload on the weight and go light. Biggest guys make in the gym is throwing too much weight around and it fucks their entire body up for the rest of their lives. Lifting + Cardio = Golden

No one said it but: journaling. I know exactly what I was thinking and worrying about 1 year ago, 2 years ago, 10 years ago...and let me tell you: it's powerful

Ok. Have you thought about something part-time? Maybe a tutor on campus? Or look for an internship in your field. What I am trying to say is that you need something else to fill your time. Good luck

After lifting and eating healthy I honestly feel like I’m being treated like a piece of meat. Makes me feel kinda dirty. But also that’s bitch talk so idk I’ll pretend like I like the culture What do you mean by this?

I would say that maybe he is doing that becomes he wants some sense of responsibility in his life. I asked OP if he has a job so we will see what he says.

I would ask do you have a job? I know we are in a Covid-induced recession, but what is your current position? Is it a decent job where you get to do what you like or is it energy draining? Finding a job that I liked to do was the most important part of getting myself to that next level.

Question becomes how to find valuable and respectable women to keep around you as you go through life. Women disqualify themselves over time so it's tough to find an LTR or plates that last for a long time (depends on your goals and dating strategy).

Were you literally just working during your entire 20s? Like no going out, no vacations, no flings with women? First of all, it's not time wasted. Trust me that chasing girls and late nights drinking got old fast (lost its appeal freshman year of college). Everything in life is a balance which is why IB/consulting careers are not worth it in the long run. If you can time it where you work in high finance for 2 years and lateral to a pushy corporate gig, then it's worth it. But I've seen guys get…

Who says they will be my future slaves? Stop putting words in my mouth. My kids will be taught valuable life lessons and they will make their own decisions. If they want to cut contact after high school, more power to them. The only accomplishment for me will be raising strong men and women that will carry Western civilization forward.
/r/askTRP11/07/20 07:52 PM

I disagreed with your assertion that plate spinning helps you keep all of your options. Having kids does make things more difficult to walk away, but you don’t necessarily give all of your power to the woman. IMO that only happens when you lose frame and she takes control of the relationship
/r/askTRP11/07/20 03:54 PM

I disagree. Having kids is always going to be tough, but they become the reason why you wake up in the morning. Both women and men have to sacrifice a ton when they settle down together. It's not Art of War: it's personal relationships.

One of the things I have been told is to marry a girl that has more money than you lmao...makes it clear that she isn't interest in you for your cash, but that is your only hedge. She could still marry you for 100+ wrong reasons. That reasoning just eliminates that ONE single reason of marrying a dude that has cash. Something to keep in mind, I guess

Good for you, brother. How do you manage to make that much while being a good father/husband? Thank you. Kids are the last great challenge for men. The idea that you will grow old and happy living by yourself is a pipe dream. Your body starts to break down, you can't work anymore, and there is no one going to take care of you. You think the government is going to care about your 80 year old ass? Old people are the most abused and discriminated demographic in every nation. If you do a good job and you are lucky will your kids take care of you when you are lucky. Still a better crap shoot …

I really feel bad for the single guys living in apartments. Definitely agree. My apartment's rent is dropping because everyone is leaving my city. Of course, all of the young people are fucking each other and drinking daily, but life gets pointless after a while. Good for you my man! I think we are coming from a similar background. I do see more fat people around my neighborhoods and while driving around. Women and men alike have completely let themselves go. People are being lured into complacency with these unemployment checks and just drinking themselves stupid 5 days a week. there's no excuse to not be in the top 20% (honestly probably closer to 10% now) that's fucking 80% of these girls. I disagree. There are top 20% dudes that aren't fucking these girls due to Covid risk. For the reasons outlined in my post, they don't want to expose their parents/grandparents. At the end of the day, there's more to banging broads. It's a poor ROI than just choosing to monk mode during this pandemic. No one else has been able to come up with a rebuttal to my stance.

If you think people aren’t going out and dating or getting together, you’re kidding your self. Never said that, don't put words in my mouth. First of all, most of my buddies went into construction after high school. Their salaries were high, but they didn't go to school so now they are lagging behind in the salary department (still have respect for the trades). The smartest of them are realizing that the construction work is going to shut down in a few months (construction for government work might continue), so save up your money now. Agreed and I would argue that watching sports is a waste of time (for the most part). Op, regular season NBA and NHL is useless for sure. Playoffs is where the real action is. Well, dating is going to decline across the board for men (less income) while women will continue to have relations with higher income men (top 5%). For me personally, I am going to be more selective. I will be more wary of club rats and girls that are deemed high-risk (not just disease, but in behavior). Many more examples probably but I can't think of them now

Correct answers in here for you, OP But what happens when we find out this is 99% of women? What will happen to society when most of the men get shamed by other men to not marry/date these whores? A significant increase in demand for pious and traditional women will occur while these hoes are kicked to the curb. Alas, I believe men will never wake up and will continue to marry/date these sluts far into the future, so I don't see any change in the West. However, what would happen in the US if it …

Most of the answers here relate to control, which I only partially agree with. You relate many things to sex in your post, which I'm assuming is something that is important for you. The 10% (or even less) of guys banging all of these women truly do not care about that. They just go for women they like and do well for themselves. Sex becomes a smaller part of the equation as you get older. I noticed it as I got older through college. Pussy will always be there and it gets easier to achieve as you…

Stock market returns on average 9% - it's not "interest". Although there is more talk about that slowing down significantly in the future. Most people on reddit advocate for cutting costs in order to reach millionaire status. Once you look at the stupid shit people buy or how much they go out, they realize they could have saved up a decent amount by their 40s.

I had the same physique as you in high school. In order to gain decent muscle, you need to eat a ton which wasn't easy for me. Tons of eggs, chicken, meat, lentils, potatoes etc. If it's easy for you to hit 160g of protein a day, then just watch out for gaining weight. Do not commit my mistake of not eating enough and not gaining any muscle.

You pick up these things subtly as you get older. Classic example is meeting girls while travelling. These girls are absolute dimes that definitely have guys back home but are forgotten about the moment they leave home.

That being said, it will take some effort on your part to keep connected with these pals. It's easy to disconnect from your social circles and fall into the constant grind of life. I try to reach out to a buddy every week or so and see what's happening.

I don't think these guys truly understand what they write sometimes. We also assume that pregnancy is game over, but an abortion is fine. Since when is killing an innocent fetus/baby a moral action? Any couple that has made that decision will think about that choice for the rest of their lives if they have any morality. Terrible situation all around.

This reminds me of a story of a girl I was messing around with. We went our separate ways after I would not commit to being in a relationship with her. She was somewhat angry about how I responded to her ultimatum. She then had to show everyone on social media her new "life mentality" i.e. going out every night, different guys in each picture, dancing into the night. I just laughed this off as I knew this was not really her personality. Next week, she gets a big photo shoot. The whole 9 yards: p…

Yikes. This is not a good sign. They are covertly saying that these are the type of women you should be shooting for. If they really are that ugly, tell them to stop. If they continue to play matchmakers, end the friendship.

The next day we had sex EIGHT times, all initiated by her. That's not even fun. Probably took all day too. At what point are we going to admit to ourselves that chasing that much sex is all ego and self-esteem driven? No different than videogames or other vices tbh

Not married, but had an LTR that went this way. Ultimately I saw that I had two options: 1) Just focus on my life (school, work, lifting, creating fun moments) and treat my gf with respect until otherwise shown i.e. withdraw attention when she was acting up, ended dates when she was out of line etc. This is harder when you are living together and married. 2) End it and move on. This is actually the easier option. At some point, you have to decide if the fight is worth carrying on or not. If it's…

I agree with you. I make a point to listen to everyone I speak with, but I try to forget the useless "fluff" form conversations. On the flip side, it is a very useful tool to have in your career. If you remember that the boss had a golf tournament this upcoming weekend and you ask him how it went, it shows you gave a fuck about your conversation with him. Small things matter.

Yeah that's way too much. Everything in moderation. Some of my best nights have been were I decided to no drink at all. The mind is more clear and you can react better to difficult situations. Also the memories are a nice benefit. Quit - don't let anyone pressure you to take any drinks. Be a man.

Maybe I am meeting the wrong girls, but who is having sex in the woods/dressing rooms? Every time I escalate to that point in a public setting, I get inside my own head and worry about other people or police showing up. I agree that having sex in public is way more exciting than in private, but the mental gymnastics I go through every time I get to that point in public just makes the whole experience stressful. Maybe OP can chime in with his thoughts.

Work on joining varsity sports/lifting weights ASAP. Talk with EVERYONE - this is easy in high school. You see mostly everyone in between periods walking in the halls; just shake up, say what's up, and move on. Building a social circle from the ground up (new HS) is tough. You must invest enough time/energy to shift through the weird kids and meet cool bros. Just keep being social and some groups will eventually invite you to join their group. High school was fun as hell, but I never want to go …

Really, guys are better off maintainig sexual relationships with multiple women, and therefore not having these problems. Ideally. I look back at my previous journal entries/reflections from when I was in a LTR, and I was very insecure/emotional. Very negative and poisonous thinking, brother. Do not let the past and "should woulda coulda" take over your mental narrative. It is unhealthy because you are playing out situations that never occurred and it takes you away from the present. Stay focused on the now and planning for the future.

It sounds like you are DOING everything correctly. My only suggestion is to listen to within. It is okay to feel bad about this - use that pain/anger to drive you for the next few months. Make sure you are spiritually and mentally being healed too. If you think about her every waking second, that shows you are still doing everything because of her, in a way. When do you lift? I've been looking at the schedule for the next few months and I realize that the only time for me to lift is in the early morning. Seems like I have the opposite problem right now. I am fully immersed with internship recruiting for Summer 2019 and school is killing me. I am so busy that I have had to cut out lifting and I am just hooking up with one girl. Overall, you need some type of mission (hint: it's not girls). Get it together and focus on what you want to accomplish. Or else you risk pursuing a hedonistic lifestyle

But you should not be overinvested. If you care more than her, she will have more power over you. Btw, girls are really good at sniffing insecurity and lack of confidence. Honestly, go with your gut and keep leading a RP life. If this is a dealbreaker for you, end it with her and move on.

Side effects: extremely dry skin, some discomfort with contact lenses, and general aches (hurt my lifting) Most important thing is to stay out of the sun (seriously, skin is extremely sensitive) and do not drink/ do drugs. Your doc will walk you through the rest. The acne I get now is a fraction of how bad my skin got. My back was covered as was my face. You will continue to break out as you develop, lift heavy, and adjust to hormone levels. That's about it. Definitely a scary decision, but one …

College is probably the worst time to vet for LTR. Every girl I've put through the vetting process inevitably failed within a month because it's college. Either she disqualifies herself or I learn something about her past that I don't like. Oh well.

I can relate brother; terrible acne in high school. Best option is accutane. It took 4-5 months on accutane even to start seeing results. The actual hyperpigmentation scars lasted about 6-9 months. All in all, took about a year after starting accutane to have a clear face. I still get some pimples on my back and face, but it is much better now. let me know if you have any other questions

/r/askTRP14/08/18 04:39 AM

Absolutely correct. So you have to decide: do you care more about your mom's relationship or banging useless hoes? You decide what's more important. All I am trying to say is that you have a choice. Don't let living at home stop you from doing what you want to do.
/r/askTRP11/08/18 05:00 PM

Lol like your mom has an actual decision on what you can and cannot do. You can still do what you want. This is what I realized with my last LTR: they will automatically disqualify themselves sometimes. It's best not to wonder into her past, ask her probing questions, or seem suspicious of her. If you just act normally and without judgement, her true self will come forward. Then you can decide whether to continue or dropping her. Easy as that
/r/askTRP03/08/18 02:18 AM
1

It's best not to worry about these types of things. But I did like telling my friends about this and talking about how it relates to society. Something to think about, but you can't really compare a mouse society to a human one.
/r/askTRP03/08/18 02:16 AM

I say it's a lot like lifting. Once you hit a plate on squats, it just feels heavy no matter how much you can lift. Same thing with the voice in your head: all you can do is minimize it, but it will always be there. Accept it and ignore it.
/r/askTRP03/08/18 02:07 AM
1

I think it comes down to self-respect. Your friend's problem is that he cannot say "No. Stop. No more." to his wife's terrible behavior. RP harps on this a ton because it is extremely powerful. The ability to walk away is the best tool in your toolbox to deal with females. Let them know that if they don't want to play by your rules, simply turn around and walk out the door.

Definitely struggled with this as well until I realized that I was the one who had to put a group together and do something. All it takes is a few texts, a commitment from people to meet up, and then doing that one thing. If you are a true leader, getting people together on the weekend shouldn't be difficult.

I do whatever I find more important first. So if you consider football more important than lifting, do that. But if you want to prioritize lifting (gaining muscle) over football, then lift first. Last week I played soccer for 4 hours and then do some squats/deadlifts in the gym. It's about how much you want it and how badly you want to feel the next day haha

Soccer? Rugby? Archery? Swimming? Running? You must like something. Join a team and if it's not what you like, then just quit and find something else.

You must join a sport in high school. Builds camaraderie, friendships, and competition. I would even prioritize sports over lifting just because of how much I miss the games and the team practices during high school. Tough to replicate after you leave high school. 4) Don't prioritize women. Have fun, mess around a bit, flirt with the cute ones. Don't settle early and you're going to have your pick of the litter. Best of luck man

I found trp in high school. Here's what you do: 1) Join a varsity sport for every season (fall, winter, spring). Lift heavy throughout each season. 2) Study your fucking ass off. Take all AP/IB classes. Apply to every college. Maximize ACT/SAT score 3) Find a solid group of buds that are cool/motivated. Some of these guys will be great contacts during college/after college to find work or just meet up once in a while. 4) Talk to every girl, go out as much as you like as long as it does not inter…

when I talk to older guys, I struggle to be on their level, like my insecurities and immaturity come out and they see me as inferior They see you as inferior because you act like it and they pick up on it. Every senior guy respects me at my internship because I slow down my speech, I look directly at them, and maintain my frame with them, so to speak. Just ask them what's going on, anything planned for the weekend, and add a witty comment here and there. Gets better with age.

Original post: TL;DR: This write up is just me trying to figure this situation out. You are welcome to read the entire post, but you do not have to. The gist is that my LTR told me she was a DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) after one year of dating and more concerns came out of it than expected. Her parents brought her to the US when she was 8 and she was offered no path to citizenship by her parents. This has shed light on more baggage than I would like, and trickle truth is in pla…

You kinda sorta sound like you do, considering how much you talk about her. True, but she was my LTR and the whole point of the post. I've also seen my friends lives get messed up because of citizenship situations. This is my experience as well. The walk towards citizenship is often brutal and people will do extraordinary things to attain that US status. To make it work, both sides have to be very genuine, honest and truly into each other for the long haul and just know it in their bones. To be fair, if she told the wrong guy that she was illegal, she and her family could easily be deported. She is honestly scared for her well…

But keep in mind all women always try to marry up. It's branch swinging at its finest. If its not for citizenship, itll be for money, status, or fame. AWALT.. This was the same conclusion I reached last night as well. You will never truly know. Thank you for reading and helping me out bro.

Interesting take on this. I try not to use tunnel vision; I just tried to paint a picture for the reader. There are plenty of women out there, but my current thought process is that she is rare and of good quality. I don't want to break up with her because she is a great quality girl (low n count, strong values, motivated), but at the same time, I know this is oneitis.
/r/askTRP03/02/18 11:13 PM

This was the same conclusion I also got to last night after she told me. It comes down to is it okay to lie to me because she was scared of what I was going to say? I have made the decision to end the relationship and move on. My question is should I just text her or ghost? She was a good LTR before this came out, but TRP advocates for no closure. What would you do?

The post is not pointless. At the very least, it allows me write everything down and make sense of it. I shared it asktrp because I thought it might be useful for some commentators. WTF was he stayed in this relationship so long might be. I don't know what you're saying here. Are you saying that because I was in a relationship with her for some long that it is not a topic for TRP?

Can you please explain how I have been used? I am trying to understand where exactly I was used. What do you mean by applying healthy boundaries? I do not see at all how this relates to this situation. How did she break any boundaries? She never asked me to marry her. She simply said she was illegal and is struggling with it. Where am I wrong?
/r/askTRP03/02/18 11:04 PM

First of all, I want to thank you for reading it unlike other commentators. This is still all very raw for me because she just told me all of this last night. It was surprising and forced me to connect some dots. I didn’t say that the sisters did it solely for the citizenship, but that narrative makes more sense than just marrying for love or whatever else. I barely know the sisters so I had to make a bunch of assumptions.

I disagree. I see men from every racial background bending over for women. All my life Ive been told that the minority is being repressed, then OP mentions how this is all a plot to kill the white race. Girl of my Dreams Even if she was the girl of your dreams, you wouldn't be able to get her because of the serious oneitus you have for her (which is unattractive to ANY girl). My advice is to focus on yourself, start approaching girls, and ask her out. If she says no, simply thank her, and MOVE ON. NOTHING GOOD WILL COME FROM DWELLING ON HER. Best of luck.

Yep. There isn't a definitive post explaining these topics. They seem extremely useful not only for maintaining frame and girls, but also in every interaction you have with people.

Yeah agree with you on that one. to be honest, if you invest energy into meeting up with her and she tells you that she doesn't kiss on the first date then I would suspect she is a lost cause or a prude, neither of which are worth pursuing.

Who has a two hour dinner for a first date? Just go out and meet her somewhere casual i.e. coffee. Stop going on these expensive as fuck first dates, go somewhere where its relaxing and not so expensive so that it pressures the woman to "split the check". That way you can take care of the bill like a man (provider) and it won't hurt your wallet. Go for the kiss during the date so there won't be any built up pressure when you say your goodbye.
