Yeah, I saw videos on this, but none of them went so indepth on the actual experiments. The best one I've seen so far.

Anyway, I think it's definitely something to think about. And it's not just the overcrowding although that is a factor, but the lack of "roles" available and being handed everything. Something that will come more and more into play with AI in the future. We are biological survival machines evolved to deal with earth and when that mission is taken away; it fucks us up. People ultimately need a purpose that feels higher than just useless busy work.

I'm stuck between optimism (See Isaac Arthur's channel on youtube) and pessistic outlook of Malthus/OswaldSpengler/videos like this. Because I think both are possible future destinations and nothing is inevitable.

Near the end of the video is what similar to when you have women in power and women birthed from a dysfunctional family would produce. A society of death will commence.

As much as I enjoy a good slow jerk to the apocalypse - it'll never happen. Big daddy government is going to drag out whatever imploding social epidemic were spinning towards, they'll do the minimum to fix any major catastrophe last minute but will never be overwhelmed to any sort of true anarchy. Live your best life.

It's best not to worry about these types of things.

But I did like telling my friends about this and talking about how it relates to society. Something to think about, but you can't really compare a mouse society to a human one.

Yea man, that mouse experiment is soooo familiar. It's frightening how those little rodents are able to mirror our economical, ideological, religious, cultural and spiritual decay. Not to mention how those little rodents have a little cadre of mosaic-only elite rodents that fuck everything up even more.

And here I thought that those mice only slept, ate and fucked. Boy how wrong I was.....

Comfort breeds weakness, and our Society has grown to comfortable to breed enough children. So instead of introducing solutions, our elite gave up on us and opened up the flood gates - and honestly I can't blame them. At this point it's easier to replace natives than to make them breed.
