Opinions on telling the truth?

I’ve made it my mission recently to just be honest with women. So when they ask what I’m looking for, what are we etc, I’m just honest.

The old me used to just say whatever I needed to get in their pants. I favourite was “I’m not looking to get serious fast, but having someone would be nice”.

None of it was true, I wanted a quick fuck and a possible plate. And it worked, but I would always end up with drama. Girls saying be a liar, a player, fuck boy. Just drama.

The new me gets zero drama, but way less girls. By telling the truth lots of them just nope out right away. Morally it’s the right thing to do, and it’s less drama. But I can’t help but feel like why shouldn’t I just lie and take what I want. They do the same.
