How do you guys manage to stay rational and not let emotions with girls interfere in your life?

I used to be very emotional and sometimes quite clingy in relationships. To be honest not being emotional anymore came naturally after I discovered TRP. Once my experiences with women starting confirming what I've been reading, I slowly entered the rage phase. After I was done with it I pretty much stoped giving a fuck. I am not an emotionless robot but I no longer put women on a pedestal, in fact it's quite fascinating to see how so many of them really are kids in adult bodies who act like they're all grown up.

Focus on your passions. Once you swallow the pill you realize everything said here is unfortunately true. You must learn to put yourself before others because in the end, you are the only one who truly has your best intentions.

It comes with experience. After being in a relationship with a soul crushing BPD woman years ago I am prepared for anything now.

The biggest thing that will help you RIGHT NOW is having a mission that takes up most of your time.

Come up with 3 big goals that will require you to put your nose to the grindstone for several hours per day and you're not going to have time to worry about emotions with girls.

I read the sidebar... it opened my eyes and I see women for what they really are, on top of being utterly destroyed emotionally by my cheating ex wife. There are NO unicorns and I've really noticed that ignoring women and staying on my purpose has gotten me more lays than becoming emotionally invested and pursuing them.
