Showed IOI's, went on purpose around my desk, even initiated contact with college so she can get near, putted her arm on my shoulder while talking with him.

I was ok let's try it, so I hit up on her a date proposition(no problem at dating in work, several colleges are even married) and she was: I am outside of town that day, so I was no problem, several days later I know she is off the day I am off and talked to her about going out again (chat, not on person) and she was ok I can't that night, I can on the next (I have day off, she is 1st shift no problems on the time frame). So I offered her to hit me up around 8-9 PM when she is ready as she is student and has tight schedule outside of work (doctor, language and driver course etc.) and she was super.

The day we arranged comes, I check on her around 5 PM as her shift is over to see if we are still on. However she replied with: I got a headache, I am not in mood that night, terribly sorry. I went radio silent and told her I want her in mood and that was it. She greeted me in work after and smiled when we ran at each other, however I was out of reach mostly due to work schedules.

My question is should I ask her second time on date after that terrible flake or I assume she only needed validation and ignore her IOI's after.
