Don't kiss and tell, it's always a bad move. Let her think whatever she wants. You don't have to hide the fact that you are spending time with other women, but you don't have to tell her names, activities, or gender in most cases.

If she's a plate, doesn't matter, FWB? Might matter a little but not really, prepping her for an LTR? Sure tell her details, will flesh out if she's really into the poly life or if she 'was before it got serious' .... also depends on your interest in her. By the time shit gets serious enough for you to be required in some way to tell her about your life, you should have a pretty clear picture of how to proceed.
