It’s been a REAL struggle for me getting a second date. Like to put in perspective, here is how it’s gone for me. I’ve had 13 first dates in the past year.

Only 4 of those lead to a second date. I think. Sleep with 4 overall. 2 led to a month long FWB situation. 2 were one night type of thing.

I just keep struggling. I don’t think escalating has been a problem for me. At least not in a “I’m to nervous to do it”. Because I’ve made out with most of my first dates. But I’ve had trouble sleeping with them. It’s happened twice we’re I’m making out with a chick and sucking on tits, but don’t go all the way.

I also try lowering my standards. I’ve talked with 5s but mostly get “maybes” from them. Like “maybe I’ll free”. They never are. Usually give it 2-3 times before I just hard next them.

Personally I think that I give off a “unworthy to pursue” vibe. I’m not exciting enough. I’m sure as fuck ain’t attractive. I consider myself a 3, maybe 4 on the SMV scale. Like I’m attractive enough for me to a girl to make out with on the first date but enough to fuck her. It’s only happened. It’s only happened 4 times where I sleep with the chick on the first date. One was a 6. Other 2 were like a 4. The other one was... not sure how to rate her. She was older. 31 (I’m 21).
