I have 2 brothers in their young and mid twenties. You'd think I should just stop right there and use their age as an excuse for their behavior over the past 12 months.

The 25 year old is three months behind on his rent, dresses like a slob, and won't touch a gym or go for a run. His issues run a mile deep and he doesn't seem to see that living an irresponsible college like lifestyle will run its course and slap him in the face.

The 22 year old is a different story. Graduated college in 4 years, takes cares of his appearance, somewhat good about hitting the gym. Problem is, he's been out of college for 1 year and still does not have a job. Thinks he is "too qualified" for a job as a waiter or bartender when his bank account rides a zero to $200 balance most of the time. He has so much potential so I've given a lot of my personal free time to him trying to help him out. He can stay at my place when I go out of town for work(free rent, wifi, food etc), I give him job leads and part time work, and do my best to set him up for success.

Here is the problem...I don't know WTF he is doing when I'm not delegating his next move or helping him with his resume, job leads, etc. He seems content couch surfing, playing on the weekends, and showing no real push to exceed expectations at any turn. The part time work I got him as a content creator has been sub-par, his resume left unpolished, and not a single job interview in six months. Last July, my friend basically fired him for him continually saying one thing, and not preforming the task.

I'm fed up. As the oldest brother should I cut them the fuck off? I never had anything given to me when I moved to my city 10 years ago. I found a job in 3 weeks and got to work. It wasn't always pretty but I sure as hell paid my rent and got things done.
