Bro, your Total Test is still way low. As a 25yo Male myself, our total test should be 600-800 with estrogen 20-30 and Free Test 13-15. None of your tests even tested for Free Testosterone, estradiol, or SHBG. Free Test is the only true indicator. you need to redo your tests as the Total Test number is irrelevant alone. you can at least calculate Free Test if you get your SHBG tested as well.
The techniques you implemented will indeed raise testosterone and increase overall wellness, but you are still abnormal and need further testing and analysis. Read up on the TNATION (T-Replacement) forums.

THIS. Good to see a fellow redpiller who also utilizes TNation. That website (particularly KSman’s posts) helped me sort out my thyroid and testosterone levels. Make an account on TNation OP and post your labwork in the “T-replacement” section. There are several posters there who will help you interpret your labwork and choose the next step in treating your hormones.

I used to post on Tnation until they started requiring that my posts be approved, lol.

I don't get it. You starve yourself, over stress your body, become really skinny, get really fucking weak, and you're surprised your hormones were fucked?? You're 6'2 dude, 6 fucking 2! That means you should be above 200lbs at ALL times to be normal. Stop starving yourself for abs.

lmao, getting advice to be overweight to be normal, i mean... you are kinda right, cuz overweight/obese is normal in America

200lbs is only over weight if you use the extremely outdated snd inaccurate BMI methods. It really all depends on your goals and what you do for a living. In reality, Body Fat percentage is king.
But you’re right there is a point where too much is too much even with low BF.
For example, My optimal weight for a 6’1” male is about 190-195 lbs (25 BMI) at around 12% BF. These numbers are based on what I do for a living as I am not some desk jockey nor do I “body build”. Everything I do is geared towards optimal performance and finding the sweet spot between strength/power and speed/stamina
25 BMI optimal
lol, who brainwashed you, the fact that u actually believe what u write is hilarious.

You obviously are just plain ignorant and didn’t even bother to look up anything. 25 BMI is the outer edge of healthy weight. Also for a male thats 73 inches (6’1”) thats only 189 lbs....and with 12% BF thats extremely healthy and is ratio built for performance.
So before you start making yourself look dumb af, which you already have, it might be better for you inform yourself before commenting on things you know noting about.

6 ft+ in the low 200's is lean. What the hell are you talking about? You're obviously not 6ft+.

200lbs at 6'2 is nothing. You're a grown man, not a tiny waisted ballerina. That's why your test is so low. You're starving yourself. Visible abs aren't a sign of healthiness or fitness. They're just visible abs.

Why would you test your hormonelevels after a cut? It's quite obvious that a long caloric deficit is going to have a big impact on them in a negative way. There is a reason bodybuilders are on a shitload of steroids to maintain their hormonelevels when they get stage ready.
