I've been lurking on TRP for a long time now and decided to share something I've been working on. After a long slump in game I've finally reached a new plateau and wanted to write down a simple reference sheet to keep on my phone.

It's a wall of text and the formatting/spelling is probably fucked but i'm sure somebody will benefit from it. I can upload a well formatted PDF if there's any demand.

It's aimed at people ~ intermediate in the game so maybe you won't understand the terminology.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS

Pretext.

To fuck girls you need to be in a good mood (I.E. State) so you can represent the best version of yourself. Having your shit together will help you reach this mood faster but it is possible to still fuck girls if your life is a complete fucking train wreck. Take the pressure off yourself to have an outcome. Every time you leave your house and say hi to one girl you are putting yourself into the top 1% of males on the planet.

Remember that being social is an engine you have inside you, if unused for a while that engine is cold and needs to be warmed up. Start off by just saying hi or smiling at people and keeping eye contact.

REMEMBER THAT NO MATTER HOW TERRIFIED YOU ARE ONCE YOUR ENGINE IS WARMED UP ALL FEAR DISSIPATES AND YOU SMASH THROUGH SETS AT 5TH GEAR.

Chill with your bros, have a laugh. This shit is fun as fuck and you need to remember that.

CONGRUENCE. Say what you feel with NO FILTERS. Clear your head. If you want to do something just do it, all the noise in your head is just bullshit social conditioning. FEAR IS NOT REAL. Don’t take anything too seriously, We’re bacteria on a piece of rock floating in an infinite universe and you basically don’t even exist.

FRAME. Your frame is you deserve this girl, you deserve this life. You are fucking entitled to take what you want just as much as any mother fucker that’s ever lived.

NOBODY ELSE REALLY GIVES A FUCK AT ALL WHAT YOU DO, HOW YOU LOOK, WHAT YOU WEAR ETC. IT IS YOUR OWN NARCISSISM MAKING YOU THINK THEY DO.

They are as wrapped up in their own shit as much as you are.

1: Open the set.

You have 3 seconds. If those 3 seconds are up then you have the rest of your life, but just fucking do it NOW. Walk straight line to the girl and open her with the first fucking thing you think of.

THE MOMENT YOU OPEN THE GIRL YOU HAVE WON. THE REST IS JUST A BONUS.

2: Hook the set.

KEEP YOUR EYE CONTACT. LEAN BACK. Are her eyes Bambi (wide and pupils dilated)? Good. You look good, she’s out to fuck or your opener was fucking spot on. She ain’t Bambi? Make her Bambi cunt. Say whatever the fuck you feel and say it without hesitation. You are grounded. You are present. You are congruent. You could leave right the fuck now because any one of your 10 model plates are just around the corner.

Her eyes are wide? Pupils dilated? She turns her body to you? Ignores her friends to listen to you and leans in? SHE HOOKED CHAMP.

3: Vibe with the set.

OK chill the fuck out chief, you’ve got her where you want her. Don’t over game or you will become the dancing monkey. Make her dance for you. This is her chance to impress you. Casual conversation is fine. Work out LOGISTICS. This is where you could leave the set if they are unreliably bad.

4: Spike her emotions.

This is where things could get pretty fucking boring and taper off from the fun of your initial meeting. You need to penetrate every fiber of her being. Tease her. Pretend like you’re leaving. Do something that takes her emotions quickly from where they are now to way the fuck over there.

5: Make her invest.

Make her invest in you. Get her to ask you questions, Buy you a drink, Learn about you. The more she invests the harder it is for her to let go of you.

6: Escalate.

If you weren’t escalating the entire time (you fucking should have been). Start doing it now. Grab her hand, playfully touch her shoulder while you’re laughing. Punch her in the face. JUST TOUCH HER.

Escalation goes from 0-100 in increments of 1-10 depending on how fucking keen she is (Straight 0-100 is possible I do it all the time cunt).

7: Number or K close.

Preferably both. Preferably just take her home to fuck.

8: Bounce her.

Move her around, take her somewhere new to cement you are part of her reality. Get her away from her friends so she lowers her slut shield. Bouncing her shows you are not afraid to lead her and it will make her more comfortable being alone with you.

9: Close her.

Move her in increments closer to the sex location, 1: Out of the club 2: Further down the road 3: Into a cab 4: Into your bed. (You get the point).

10: Fuck her.

Fuck her like you own her fucking soul. LMR is her trying to not be a slut, she wants to fuck you it’s your job to help her feel OK with that.
