I find it intriguing. 200+ people at a wedding appears to result in a more stable marriage, but spending a lot on a wedding increases the chances of divorce. only thing I got out of that specifically is if you find a woman who can plan a wedding for 200+ people for $1k, she's a keeper

Crazy. It's almost as if suppressing your natural biological instincts makes for a more stable marriage, and ultimately a more stable society. But patriarchy is wrong, isn't it? Good to see hard data here.

The biggest statistic is church going. Frequent weekly to bi weekly church attendance brings divorce rates down to 30%?
