Maybe she's highly religious and had a strong pair bond with him before the accident. Maybe he was her first.

The social pressure/guilt thing will be the most popular answer here but I'm not so sure it's the correct one.

Simple. - She collects all of his Social security disability benefits and it is the golden goose that keeps on giving. If she wasn't married she wouldn't get money every month. He doesn't know what the hell she does so she can sleep around and party as much as she wants to and get paid for life well the whole time looking like a saint on these videos. BLARF people are so gullible. He most likely has a home health aid who watches him most of the time as she does what ever the hell she wants. I have a brother with a disability and know all about this issue. - Isn't that what most women want anyways all your money with zero accountability and freedom well looking good? When she leaves him and she will the community will clap on how amazing she was and that she was just a human blah blah blah..

She gets lots of social validation, everyone thinks what an angel she is for looking after Ropert the Retard. Even if she is banging the plumber, that is ok, Rupert the retard can't satisfy her.

To a lesser degree women get the same thing from dating/marrying abusive men.

If your wife cooks you a good meal, gives you a gift etc. always make sure you praise her in public. That way she will do more things to get social validation.
