I've been wondering when TRP would weigh in on this one. The guy punched a chick who attacked him first. The media is framing this like he's a giant hypocrite because he domestically battered his own woman when in reality he defended himself against a stranger who attacked him first.

The feminist blog Jezebel posted this too. Since women are equal to men, why would some random altercation between a woman and a man be so important? If two men had gotten into an altercation at this school dance this wouldn't even be news. So essentially all of the people harassing him because he hit a woman for attacking him first are guilty of viewing women as defenseless inferior creatures and reinforcing misogyny. Irony.
