I get jealous very easily for some reason. I want to possess everyone. Even in non monogamous relationships. For example I had a married plate and I felt strong jealousy and wanted her to not fuck her husband anymore. Am I crazy? It fucks my game up totally as it's hard to act carefree if you are not. My standards are pretty high and only have a few plates. That may have something to do with it.

I understand how jealousy has served us for thousands of years and where it comes from but not how to get rid of it.
