As someone who was bullied, I can say that most of it was assault, battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress on a daily basis. And yet, nobody seemed to give a shit. I just read an article last night about a kid who recorded his bullying, and the principal's first instinct was to declare that he had a "wiretapping" case on hand, and to get the bullied kid in trouble.

I suspect that the reason may be that today's bullies are to become tomorrow's police officers and soldiers, and thus they are valued over some weak little shit whose parents probably won't do anything anyway, whereas a bully's parents may be very aggressive in protecting their child's "rights" even as he infringes on those of others.

Really disagree with a majority of the insults/ adhominems he's throwing but I agree with the overall point: victim groups co-opting negative words and the using them on whomever they dislike/opposes. This is what radicals do (yes, even religious radicals). They redefine the language and it's purpose to suit an agenda while maintaining its connotation in a different context. "holy war" changed from a fight to defend Islam to a fight against those who do not believe under radical Islamic groups. What feminists are doing are no different: redefining rape culture and bullying to lynch those who do not support them.

It's absolutely disgusting. But speaking as a member of the up and coming generation, I think it will actually work. Nobody wants to be seen as pro-bullying so they have to go along with it. In an age of political correctness and a neurotic obsession with public safety and people's feelings, we've killed any room for dissenting opinions, further radicalizing groups on the fringe to the point they actually have power.

And that's the most frightening.

Feminist and islamists use the same means to acheive the same ends. "death to those who insult islam" is free speech, but drawing cartoons critical of islam is not.

In sharia courts, womens testimony is worthless because they can not be trusted. In femimist legal doctrine all accused rapists are guilty because womens testimony is never false.

In sharia law, the wife is property/slave of the husband. In feminist divorce court the husband is an indentured servant forced to work uncompensated labor for the benefit of the ex wife.

the church of feminism is faithbased. Patriarchy works in mysterious ways.

Every one of these "bullying" laws is solely intended to protect homosexuals and minorities. Wimpy dorks remain fair game, as long as they are white (or black, in a black school, I suppose).
