This was posted before, but a more recent post had a man charged because he poked holes in his condoms.

So women can sperm jack, but a man can't egg jack. But who knows, maybe this will set a precedence for future sperm jacking rulings... But I doubt it.

Tattedguyser, in the Nova Scotia case you are referring to, the judge that opposed the ruling did so because he was afraid the ruling could be used as a precedent for sperm jacking.
