Elsewhere the article mentions he lives in a council flat (welfare housing) on his own (i.e. by himself alone).

Again, that's not how evolution works. Genetic variance isn't "negative," it's the main driving factor to speciation and evolution.

Great example: Somewhere way back in our collective genetic history, our population was unable to compete in our environment, so we shrank as a species and eventually inbred, causing 2 chromosomes to fuse. This is one of the biggest genetic differences separating us from the rest of the great apes, and it's a great example where a "negative" trait ended up becoming a positive as conditions on Earth changed.

Shit, I'd argue this guy's far more evolutionarily significant than most of us - after all, it has nothing to do with what you do in life - it's about reiterating your genetic code, and he's pretty damn successful at that.

I'm saying he's a moron, the women that see him are idiots and as Jim Jefferies would say is "guess what the kids will be". And there's a lot of them. And I can't say I know what will happen in the long run but we're already drowning in idiots (see reality tv/people who watch it).
