Edit: My best boss was fired after coming to work having had lunch with his friends to celebrate something, he had a single beer, and walked by a secretary on the way to his office. She herself admits he didn't flirt with her or anything, but his breath made her feel "intimidated". He got the boot and she only had to show up at the office 2 days a week after that. Take it as you will.

You know, it's sure hard to say from this distance but I think Horwath is probably in the right here. If what she says is true, the wife of the founder was behaving in a hugely inappropriate way.
