Where do you see a problem here? That they do not hide how a body of a cancer patient looks? I don't understand the point of this submission.

As I understand they call this kind of body normal in a sense that it is normal for cancer patients. They aren't telling "this is what is really beautiful and sexy", they show how breasts look after operations and how skin looks after weight loss. It's honest in a sense that they don't hide how it really looks. To me it's quite clear that they aren't telling this is "how it should be for everyone" in contrast to fat pushing fat as "curvy" and "healthy".

I feel bad for women. Feminism has removed "kindness" as a reason for women to value themselves. And that really is what most women have to offer: sex, and kindness. Without kindness, they're left hamstering that they're offering beauty when they're not (fat acceptance, etc.), or achievement when they're not (I have a career! I am a certfified HR professional! I am empowered!)
