Eh, I've never run into any issues. And I'm on the lower end of the average for both length and girth. Get them into the right mindset and you can make them cum with a finger.

Had a situation once where a woman raised her eyebrows and smiled when I dropped trou, I told her to shut it with a smirk and pulled her head towards my little man. It's just another shit test, nothing more.
