The first issue is you're borderline malnourished. Start taking vitamin pills. Start eating a couple eggs for breakfast.

You are skinny fat and at a very right and ripe age. Put the hard work in and eat clean. Give yourself next 5 to 7 years and u could be a pro bodybuilder. Learn how your body reacts to different foods, training stlyes etc.

I looked the same when I was skinny. Now I have broad shoulders and a tiny waist. My hips are quite wide as well which makes the waist look even smaller and my ass look bigger, girls like that, trust me.
