An even more interesting meta note about /r/fatpeoplestories:

Fat People Stories originated as concise and often humorous greentext stories written mostly /fit/bros over at 4chan.

After becoming a subreddit, the content quickly shifted from 4chan screencaps to long-winded stories written mostly by women bitching about other fat women.

I don't know what this says about female nature, but I find it fascinating.

/r/fatpeoplestories used to be stories about the delusions fat people had (calling people in better shape than them fat, bragging about the women they get, fast food being "healthy") but it's since been filled with fat people charting their weight loss or criticizing any story posted. It's been taken over by /r/bodyacceptance and /r/haes.
